Hallo, dear future Berlin-visitors!

I would like to tempt you to spend a shorter or longer period of time in my guestroom in my large apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg.

My three-rooms apartment has a charming kitchen (with dishwasher) and a large bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing machine at your disposal.

You may prepare your breakfast in my kitchen or just spend some time in the kitchen.

I rent out a guestroom for days or weeks at the time. The shown guestroom is about 20 square meters (196 square feet) large and furnished with care.

The price for the guestroom is

If you only stay one night I charge you

During public holidays (such as Easter, Pentecost, Chrismas and New Years Eve) and also during special events in Berlin such as Soccer –World Cup, Cultural happenings and so on, price is higher. My guestroom is available for young and older people alike. On special request I even prepare a special breakfast and even sit together with you to chat. Many interesting exchanges of opinions have taken place to the benefit of both, the guest and myself.

As for public transport, you'll find it easy to come around . Several Underground - Railway stations are in the vicinity, such as U-Bahn Mehringdamm / U-Hallesches Tor / U-Prinzenstrasse/ U-Südstern / U-Gneisenaustrasse. You reach most of them within 5 – 8 minutes. Taking the Underground (U-Bahn) from Hallesches Tor, the train brings you in 15 minutes to Wittenberg Platz (with the famous department store KADEWE and the famous Kurfürstendamm, which is the "Oxford street / Fifths Avenue" of Berlin).

The bus (M41) and the night bus (N19) stops only a few steps from my door.
With the M41 you reach the following stops and U+S-Bahn stations:
U-Hallesches Tor, S+U Anhalter Bahnhof, S+U Potsdamer Platz and S+U+Principal-railway-station Hauptbahnhof.

The bus 140 (three minutes to walk from my place) brings you directly to the S-Bahn station and the railway station "Ostbahnhof." and in the other direction to S+U-Tempelhof.

The parking situation as quiet good, either in the Urbanstrasse, or in one of the adjacent side streets you may station your vehicle free of charge, until the municipality of Kreuzberg decides otherwise.

You'll find within easy reach lots of international restaurants, pubs, nice shops and boutiques with various choices of goods. Department stores supermarkets, the American Memorial Library, different cultural happenings, post office, market halls,

A Turkish market, flee market, parks and old-fashioned steamboats as well as the possibility to swim.

The very popular Kreuzberger Bergmannstrasse is only a 10 minutes walk away.

If you're used to work-outs in the morning, there is a long stretch to run along the Uferstrasse of the Landwehrkanal together with other sporty people. Or as an alternative you may run in the Hasenheide, a large green lounge, 7 minutes from my place.
